What’s basil pistou, you ask? It’s simple - pesto without the pine nuts. And it’s a perfect match with chicken breast lightly dressed in olive oil and freshly chopped Italian herbs. Pan sear to bring out the depth of flavor, and serve with charred lemon slices, angel hair pasta, and a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil.
