I lost my recipe card, what should I do?

Give us a ring or shoot us a note and we’ll send over a replacement recipe card ASAP!

I bought two Meal Kits for my entire family, can I use the same recipe card?

When cooking two meals at once you can still follow the recipe card for the cooking process steps, but just keep in mind that with increasing the portion-sizes, some of the ingredients may need to be cooked longer. Please make sure that your protein is cooked thoroughly.

What comes included in a Tyson Tastemakers™ Meal Kits? What ingredients do you expect me to have at home?

You’re good to go out of the box. All of the pre-measured ingredients you need to create one of our delicious meals in your kitchen are included. This means all-natural*, pre-marinated meat, fresh vegetables, chef-created sauces, perfectly paired starches and an easy-to-follow recipe card. The only ingredients we expect you to have: cooking oil and salt and pepper (to add to taste).

What comes included in a Tyson Tastemakers™ Premium Meat Pairings?

Each Tyson Tastemakers™ Premium Pairings Meal Kit includes all-natural*, pre-marinated meat and a delicious, chef-created pairing like sauces, compound butter, or glazes. Pair with your favorite veggies and starches for an inspired meal.

What if my ready-to-cook meal is missing an ingredient?

Oh, no! That doesn’t fly with us. Contact customer service right away and we’ll take care of that for you.

How do you come up with your recipes?

We draw inspiration for our recipes from all types of sources. It could be dinner with friends at the new neighborhood restaurant, a taco stand, or a beautiful piece of fruit at the farmers’ market — and our team is always on the lookout for the best new flavors, dishes and ingredients to create our meals with.

Where do your ingredients come from?

Our culinary team partners closely with our suppliers to find the freshest, highest quality ingredients for our meals. Our chefs hand-select flavors and seasonings to design unique sauces for our meals. Our fresh vegetables come portioned and prepped from our highest quality suppliers. All of our meat is all-natural* and pre-marinated specifically for the recipe to deliver one-of-a-kind flavor.

I’m allergic to a specific food, can I still eat your ready-to-cook meals?

You can find allergen and ingredient information on the bottom of the package. We take great care to ensure our food is prepared safely, but our ingredients are processed and hand-packed on equipment that may also process other ingredients with allergens. If you have specific food allergy questions, please contact customer service.

Are any of your meals gluten free?

While some of our meals may not include ingredients that contain gluten, they are hand-packed in a facility that processes gluten-containing ingredients. You can find a fully labeled ingredient statement on the bottom of the box. Please contact customer service with specific questions.

Where can I find nutrition information for your products?

Good on you, watching what you eat. Nutrition information for each meal can be found on the back of the package.

MEAL FRESHNESS

How long does the food stay fresh? Do I need to cook the meal right away?

Tyson Tastemakers™ products are fresh until the “use-by” date printed on the side or bottom of the package, but the quicker you make it, the fresher it will be.

One of my ingredients looks like it was damaged in transit, what should I do?

Oh, no! We’re very sorry about that. Contact us right away and we’ll take care of it!

What’s the best way to store my kit? Do I leave the food in the box or take out the ingredients?

We’ve made it easy — store your kit in the fridge as soon as you receive it. All of the ingredients can stay in the box until you’re ready to get cooking – keep that fridge tidy!
